Terms of service

Heads up: this is a working draft. Have a lawyer review before going live, especially if you take customers in the EU/UK/US/India.

1. What we agree to deliver

Each tier on our Pricing page lists exactly what’s included and the delivery window. We commit to those deliverables and that timeline once payment clears.

• Brand Kit ($100) — full brand kit delivered within 48 hours.
• Website ($250) — hosted, mobile-first website (up to 5 pages) on your domain, delivered within 7 days.
• Launch Bundle ($750) — everything in Website + a native mobile app v1 (iOS or Android) submitted to and approved on the App Store / Play Store, delivered within 14 days.

2. What you agree to provide

To hit the delivery window, we need:

• A clear answer to the AI concierge’s scoping questions.
• Any assets you want included (logo files, product screenshots, copy) within 24 hours of purchase.
• Timely feedback during the revision rounds included in your tier.

If we don’t hear from you for more than 14 days, we pause the project and resume when you’re ready. Delays caused by missing input don’t count against our delivery window.

3. Revisions and scope

Each tier includes a fixed number of revision rounds. Additional rounds or out-of-scope work (e.g., a second website, a brand pivot mid-project) are billed separately at our then-current hourly rate, with a written estimate before work starts.

4. Intellectual property

Once your invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverables — the brand assets, website code, and app code we produce for you. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, software libraries) are licensed under their respective terms; we’ll list them with your deliverables.

5. AI-generated content

We use AI tools (including Microsoft Azure OpenAI) as part of our process. Final deliverables are reviewed and edited by a human before handoff. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright registration in all jurisdictions; we’ll flag anything material.

6. Payment

All three tiers (Brand Kit, Website, Launch Bundle) are one-time purchases paid in full up front via Stripe. Failed or charged-back payments pause the project until resolved.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund policy.

8. Confidentiality

We treat anything you share about your business as confidential and don’t share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed in our Privacy policy. If you need a signed NDA before we start, ask and we’ll send one.

9. Warranty and liability

We deliver the work to a professional standard, but we don’t guarantee outcomes (traffic, signups, revenue) since those depend on many factors outside our control. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

Either side can end the relationship in writing. We’ll deliver whatever is complete and issue a partial refund per the Refund policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bangalore.
